Strategy
Use The Boss's Way to quickly find Dark Golduck and Dark Hypno.Use Rapid
Evolution to quickly get Dark Gyardos.Erika's Dratini is my opening
move.Wartortle is to quickly get rid of your opponent's cards until I
draw a dark card.Brock's Lickitung,Vaporeon, and Jynx are also for
stalling.I don't ever attack with Dodrio unless I have to.A major
proplem in this deck is retreating.I use Ditto to give my opponent a bit
of his own medicine.I have Unown M and N to protect against Steelix and
Dragonite.

Okay. Well, the first problem I see in this deck: you have a lot of single cards. Then, you are over by one card. -_- Well, since we are already here, we'll fix it. >_<

Now, for the Pokémon, drop EVERYTHING besides Ditto, Dark Golduck line, Dark Gyarados, the Dodrios, and the two Unowns. =/
One thing for the newer players to keep in mind is to make sure your deck is consistent enough to bring OUT all or most of the Pokémon, and not have all these "options" that you somehow "have". Consistency is a first whenever you build decks, and THEN you TecH accordingly to your matchups. Well, TecHing is a different story, and I'll get into that later. =\
Anyway, we have 14 spots for the Pokémon. MORE than enough space to play what we want. Add in another Ditto, since Ditto is very good for "giving your opponent his own medicine". But since Babies are in more abundance than ever before, especially with Tyrogue -_-, we would only want to play 2, and not anymore. Now, with the Dark Golduck line, make sure those Psyducks are Fossil, and add in 2 more of the Fossil/Promo Psyduck because Headache gives you a slight advantage if you can stop your opponent's Trainers. Then, add in 2 more Dark Golduck, since he will be the "star", or main hitter, of this deck. ;p Now, for the Magikarp, add in 2 more Team Rocket ones, since Magikarp OBVIOUSLY ownz Tyrogue. =/ j/k BIG TIME Then, add in 1 more Dark Gyarados. Keep the Dodrio lines the same.

Pokémon: 20
4 Psyduck [Promo/Fossil]
3 Dark Golduck
3 Magikarp
2 Dark Gyarados
2 Ditto
2 Dodrio
2 Doduo
1 Unown N
1 Unown M

For the Energy, just drop 2 of each Water and Psychic and we're set.

Energy: 20
10 Psychic Energy
10 Water Energy

Now, for the Trainers, drop the PokéDex, Rocket's Minefield Gym, and the Energy Ark. Add in 2 more Bill and one more The Boss' Way. Then add in 3 Professor Oaks since they are too good to be true. Toss in another Gust of Wind, and one more Super Energy Removal.
Add in 1 more Gold Berry, and then add in 2 Professor Elm. That seems good enough for this deck. You have some healing, enough support, and sufficient drawing power. =)

Trainers: 20
3 Professor Oak
3 Bill
3 The Boss' Way
3 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
2 Professor Elm
2 Gust of Wind
2 Gold Berry

Hope you do better with your deck. ;)
