dear pojo,
my stratagy for this deck is to get out magmar early and deal damage until dark charmeleon, dark rapidash, or dark flareon can take over to do serious damage.
3 magmar (1 fossil, 2 base)
4 charmander (2 rocket 2 base
3 charmeleon (2 rocket 1 base)
2 dratini (1 rocket 1 base)
1 dark dragonair
2 meowth (rocket)
2 ponyta (1 rocket 1 base)
1 rapidash (rocket)
2 eevee (1 rocket 1 jungle)
1 flarieon (rocket)
3 potion
3 energy search
2 boss's way
1 pokedex
2 goop gas attack
1 digger
1 recycle
1 pokeball
1 swich
23 fire energy

Right now your deck has the same problem as many decks I recieve: too many different Pok閙on families, too many singles, and ineffective Trainers. By adding multiples and taking out some Pok閙on families, you could make this deck work just fine.

First make all your Magmar Fossil. This one is much better. Next, let's take out the Dragonair family, Meowth, and the Dark Rapidash family. This'll free up a lot of space. Make all the Charmeleon Base (better version), and all the Charmander Rocket. Make the Dark Flareon family 3/2 and use either Eevee. I prefer Jungle just a bit, but either will work. Let's add three Scyther too.

I think you should just start from scratch here. Drop everything, then add four Bill, three Oak, three Com. Search, four PlusPower, three Gust of Wind, and two Energy Retrieval. The card drawing will make your deck faster, and the PlusPower, and Gust will help you get quick KOs. Energy Retrieval gets back energy lost by Charmeleon and Dark Flareon.

Take out four Fire and add four Double Colorless for Scyther and Charmeleon.
Pok閙on (18)
3 (F) Magmar
3 Scyther
4 (R) Charmander
3 Charmeleon
3 Eevee
2 Dark Flareon

Trainers (19)
4 Bill
3 Oak
3 Com. Search
4 PlusPower
2 Energy Retrieval

Energy (23)
19 fire energy
It's much more focused now, so you should have an easier time of getting the right cards. Good luck!
