Blue her deck with the blue little pokemon and blue her binder with... okay, enough with the songs. So you like Water, hmm? Well, the most important factor when building an all water deck is to watch weaknesses. Since water offers Pokemon that have both Lightning and Grass weaknesses, we need to distribute so we have some of each. The Squirtle family is weak to Lightning, as is Vaporeon. So we want to balance those out against things that can handle Lightning attacks. You've done this by using Ditto and Eevees, and they should work fairly decently, so we're not going to have to worry about it like we normally would.

However, there are a few changes that you should look into making in your Pokemon structure. First off, the new Promo Eevee is better than the original one because of its Chain Evolution power that lets you evolve even on your opponent's turn! Very handy. Next is your choice of Vaporeon. You might find it better to use Dark Vaporeon instead and make use of the energy draining abilities he offers. Combine that with dropping down to only 2 of them and adding either a Flareon or Jolteon to the mix, and you'll have that surprise edge on your opponent.

Pokemon (11 Basic + 8 Evols = 19 Total):
4 Squirtle
3 Dark Wartortle
2 Dark Blastoise
4 Eevee (Promo)
2 Dark Vaporeon
1 Flareon
3 Ditto

For energy, we can mostly focus on water water water... however, it might not be a bad idea to toss a couple of fire energy into the fray... just to keep our water boiling hot.

Energy (16 Basic + 4 Special = 20 Total):
13 Water
3 Fire
4 Double Colorless Energy

For trainers we'll focus on card drawing and disruption.

Trainers (21 Total):
4 Bill
3 Professor Oak
2 Computer Search
3 Gust of Wind
4 Energy Removal
3 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Item Finder

Good luck!
