Hey, Viet...

Your deck looks really solid for the idea behind it.  The Pokémon all have solid 20 damage attacks, most for only 1 Energy.  It is basically a no rare Potpourri.  The only thing I'm concerned with is how it does when your opponent gets a beat down Pokémon up against you.

Pokémon:

Your Pokemon look solid for your theme, so I won't mess with them.  You may want to consider dropping a Squirtle unless you are constantly running up against Fire Pokémon. I would also consider dropping a Voltorb unless you run up against lots of water decks.  Dewgong is a threat in a no rares environment. Hmm... you are using switch... how about trading those 4 Switch out for the Dodrio line? That would be kinda cool!  Let's try it! The idea of switching your active according to your opponent's weakness is very appealing. Just keep them on the bench for their pp.

Trainers:

The one big addition here would have to be Energy Removal. Try hoarding them if you think your opponent is considering evolving into a big beats energy hog Pokémon. Then when they become active, you can ER them and beat away, hopefully taking advantage of weakness.  Pokémon Center is excellent in this deck since you have low e cost Pokémon. You really don't need switch... your Pokémon are all low retreat, and you have NGR to get back your E, plus we'll try the Dodrio line.

Energy:

E looks good.....
