Typhlosion Recharge

Please help me fix my deck. I want to make an original deck that is good.  Thanks.  I put 4 Lass and 4 Computer Search in already because it seems you stress that in every Cleffa/Evolution deck.  I still lose a lot to Sneasel.

---19 Pokémon---
4x Cyndaquil (50 HP)
2x Quilava (Char)
3x Typhlosion (Recharge)
4x Magmar (Neo)
3x Cleffa
3x Scyther
---24 Trainers---
4x Computer Search
4x Lass
4x Gold Berry
3x Gust of Wind
2x Professor Oak
2x Professor Elm
2x Nightly Garbage Run
2x Super Scoop Up
1x Pokémon Center
---17 Energy---
12x Fire Energy
3x Double Colorless Energy
2x Full Heal Energy

---------------------------

We can make this deck work better.. first of all..

Pokémon: Drop all the Neo but one, I know you use Recharge on it for it's attack, but fossil is just better, and you can build that, too.  Make it two fossil, one Neo, a total of 3 Magmars.  Drop a Quilava.. and a Scyther.

Add 2 Dittos, they're a good way to counter Sneasel.

Add the 4th Typhlosion, you want to try to get more than one out so you can get more than one energy a turn from your discard pile and develop an overwhelming advantage.

Trainers: Drop the Elms, they're not worth it. Add one Oak.
Drop a Nightly Garbage Run, the Pokémon Center (not worth it.. though you can get fire back it can take a while), and the Super Scoop Ups (that's not worth the flip!)  Also drop a Gold Berry and a Gust, you have more than you need.

Now, ADD 2 Switch, they're not a dumb flip.

3 Item Finders are always nice to get back the Gust, Breeder, Oak.. anything.

And um.. where are your Breeders??  Add three, for speed!

Then, a default gym, hard choice. Minefield hurts Cleffa too bad, Narrow hurts your ability to counter Sneasel with Ditto, Rocket's Secret Training Gym doesn't work well with your Cleffas, other gyms may help your opponent... I guess if Chaos isn't a problem for you, you don't need a gym, but if it becomes a problem try adding a Narrow.

Energy:

Metal works great with Typhlosion. If you know how it works, you'll know when it damages itself from it's attack it will take 0 instead of 20.
Make it 10 fire, 2 metal, 3 double colorless.
