   Well, Ness, I wanted to play an original deck, but I also wanted to be able to win with it. Wanna help?

Pokémon:
I've played the card a lot, and honestly, the easiest way to speak of Mewtwo is just to say it sucks.  It's just not good.  Sneasel, Chansey, Wigglytuff are all resistant to it, Ditto wipes it out, it needs an absorb to work against a baby so it even can then try to use Psyburn.  Get rid of them, all!  We'll make it a metal/colorless deck.

Replace the Mewtwos with a couple Dittos and a 3rd Scyther (never hurts to have a nice opener.)

Trainers: I put this in all my decks, but I can't stress it enough: Lass & Eeeeeeek first turn WINS games.  It simply just wins.  Your opponent is left with almost nothing while you build up a Steelix. Max out on Lass.

Also, to get Steelix and the Lass/Eeeeeeek combo off as much as possible, max out on Computer Search.  

Drop one EcoGym and add 2 Chaos- once you get a Steelix out with a couple metal they'll be in BIG trouble if they can't play trainers.  You can take out your own Chaos with Eco then play your trainers if you ever need to- but if it's been a few turns remember to Lass your opponent, as they probably have held on to some useable trainers.

I think you're overdoing Gold Berry and Energy Charge. Drop 1 of each.

Add 2 Energy Removals. You can still take out colorless energies with Eco in play, or anything before you play it.

And add a Scoop Up for the Dittos, to avoid Gust/Retreat knock outs from your opponent.

Energy: We're playing just metal/colorless, now, so going down to 14 won't hurt.  I say 4 metal, 4 double colorless, 4 recycle, 1 full heal, 1 rainbow(for an attacking energy for steelix, swords dance.. whatever)
We're all done.. 4 Recycles should be fun. =/
