I sure would like to see what you have done with it. I myself have tweaked
it a bunch as well. That was kinda just without play testing....with some
play testing though, this is more or less what I produced, and I placed
second with it in an online tourny by pojo, losing with a bad hand to a very
nice haymaker(unfortunately almost all lightning is weak to fighting
( )....so here it is, but still, Id like you to revamp it.
21 lightning
2 dbl colorless
2 alakazam
3 kadabra
4 abra
2 chansey
4 scyther
2 zapdos
4 electabuzz
4 gust
4 comp search
4 bill
4 switch
Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Ok.  It's time for the revamp.  Lemme find my tools.  Screwdriver, check.
Hammer, check.  BFG, check.  Gotta love it.  Nails, check.  Random person to
beat it with, check.  Ok, here we go.
The main focus is the Fossil Zapdos.  He is the focus so much that the
deck practically stalls until he comes out to play, fully charged.
Unfortunately, some decks are pretty fast at killing, including Raindance,
so we are going to have to change this deck to partial turbo, or to a better
stall deck.  I decided to choose the better stall deck option.  The reason
is that you are going to want to focus on the Zapdos.
There are a few things I had to take in mind when I built this deck.
The main thing I had to think about is "What if they kill Zapdos?"  It does
happen.  Trust you me.  For this reason, I added a 3rd Zapdos.  I took out
the 4th Electabuzz to do this.  If I am attacking with Electabuzz, I am
either playing Raindance, or I am pretty desperate.  I will explain later.
In order to make this deck more effective, I also wanted to add more
pillow power.  Basically, I wanted to add more Chansey to hold the damage
once Alakazam came out.  I also had to figure out a way to take that damage
away once they got filled.  One card.  Pokecenter.
I noticed that I wanted to add different trainers, and it turned out
that the trainers became diverse.  Because of this I wanted to add Item
Finder.  That way you can reuse anything that you have used.
Well, enough talk.  Let's REVAMP! *works with tools on deck*  Here it
is:

21 Electric Energy
2 Double Colorless Energy
4 Abra
3 Kadabra
2 Alakazam
4 Chansey
3 Scyther
3 Zapdos
3 Electabuzz
2 Switch
3 Bill
2 Computer Search
2 Gust of Wind
2 Pokecenter
2 Item Finder
2 Pokemon Trader

Yes, yes.  I know that the trainers are diverse, but let me explain.  This
deck was HARD TO REVAMP!  I wanted to do so much to it, that I had a real
hard time putting in and fitting what I wanted.  It was hard to pull this
off, but I believe that it might be worth it.
This deck is still focused around Zapdos.  In fact, he will probably be
the only pokemon getting energy.  There will be exceptions.  Your main goal
is to figure out what your opponent is playing and adapt at the beginning.
It will create the pace and what you do for the major parts of the game.
The order of priority for putting out pokemon(who to put in first) is
this order.  Scyther(for the 0 retreat), Chansey(for the scrunch and high HP
to block) or Abra(for 0 retreat, and only if YOU GO FIRST!), Electabuzz,
Abra, if not done so, and then Zapdos if you have nothing else.  The main
part of this line up is to make your opponent worry about everything else
BUT Zapdos.  Chansey blocks, Abra and Scyther let you choose what you want
to go in, and Electabuzz is quick enough to make him worry.
The first thing you do is figure out if your opponent is playing a fast
deck or a slow/build up deck.  In the beginning, if your opponent is playing
a fast deck, you want to pull off Alakazam.  If your opponent is playing a
slow/build up deck, you want to pull out Zapdos as fast as possible.  After
you pull one, you want to pull out the other, and then Chansey for pillow
power.
Unless you really need to, rarely put energy on Electabuzz, and don't
put him down unless you plan on using him to attack soon.  He takes up vital
space, but he may be needed.  All of the rest of your energy should be aimed
toward powering up a Zapdos and Chansey's Scrunch to stall until Zapdos is
ready.  When you go in with Zapdos, you are going to want Alakazam in play
so that you can quickly move any damage he takes off of him.  The
pokecenters need to be used wisely and need to be used before you fill up so
much that Zapdos has damage still left on him when your bench is full.

What to do against specific deck types:

Haymaker - really fast and hard to beat.  Use Scyther and Chansey to help
stall until you are set up.  The speed will be really hard to beat, and
don't be surprised if you have to use a pokecenter early.  This is probably
your nemesis.

Raindance - Whip out Electabuzz and apply beatings.  Power up Zapdos when
you get the chance, but ALWAYS USE ELECTABUZZ!  He will be the pokemon that
saves you.

Stall - The deck works fine against a stall deck.  What is going to win you
the game is filling up the opposing bench with damage.  Don't worry.

Muk - MUST KILL!  He will stop Alakazam.  You need to go all out to kill him
as soon as possible.  DON'T KILL GRIMER!  Let him evolve before you waste a
Gust to kill him.  That way he has a less likely of a chance to have him
later.

Aerodactyl(however he is spelled)- Scyther.  He will be your power against
him.  Just Gust him out and Slash him in 1 shot for the kill.

Moltres - You don't need to worry about pillow power as much in this one.
The deck he is usually in doesn't have tons of benched pokemon, so you will
probably be using Scyther and Electabuzz instead.  Oh, and if possible,
don't be afraid to Double Edge to kill a Moltres or another big fatty in 1
hit.  It'll be worth it.

Energy Removal - STACK ZAPDOS UP!  Don't just have 4 Electric Energy on him.
Have TONS!  This deck will also be your nemesis.  You need to setup as
fast as possible, and throw almost every electric energy you get on him.
That way energy removal won't hurt him as much.  Don't be afraid to put 6
electric energy or more on him against a deck filled with removal.

That's about it.  I revamped this thing as best as it could be.  Well, at
least to my visions.  Modify this deck as you wish.  I hope this deck works
out for you better than the last one.

Bob:  Congrats.  This deck is pretty decent.  Amazing how you made a deck
using Zapdos, when you say that he sucks because his attack takes too much.
Chipmunk: Sshhhhh.  He doesn't know that.  Besides, the deck works fairly
well stalling until Zapdos can actually attack.  And once he can attack,
Zapdos will be bigger than Chris Farley.  Yup.  It's a pretty decent deck.
I wonder how well it will work.
