    Greetings James,
    I hope you get your e-mail service up soon. Since I couldn't send you this commentary directly, I hope you do get the chance to read this and learn from it.
    The first time you sent the deck in it was 2 over the limit. 3 days
later I get a revision that is 7 cards over the limit. At least for a
quick fix on the orginal form, loose the Voltorb and Electrode. They
aren't gonna help you as much as you think in this deck.
    How to help on the revised form? I really don't have a clue beyond
the Voltorb/Electrode loss.
    I don't even see a focus for this deck. Using singles of what
pokemon you have is never a good idea at all. And you made your decks
porblems worse in the revision.
    You also have too many trainers in the both forms of the deck. 28 to
29 trainers is way too much to have.
    Here's what I would suggest for now: Look at a type of deck style;
Stall, Raindance, Haymaker/Farmonchan, Quick Kill, Damage Manipulation,
Energy Control, whatever. Then look at what cards you have that could
match that deck style and use 2 - 4 of each card if you can except for
the satge 2 evolutions that olny need 1 - 3. You should roughly need
18-23 pokemon, 12-17 trainers, and 24-28 energy. And remember the deck can only be 60 cards! No more, No less!
