    Greetings Donald,
    Well first off, don't worry if a deck name is taken or not. Sometimes
what you call a deck can put a person compleatly off guard. They might be
expecting you to paly something different then what you are actually using,
and therefore they may make an error in their playing style.
    You've got a fair deck here already. I can see some improvement though.
First off, loose the rats (Rattata & Raticate), Charizard, and the Revive.
Then add 2 more Energy Removals (common), 1 Magmar (uncommon), and another
Emergy Retrieval (uncommon).
    You have good basic and Stage 1 Pokemon in strong numbers, so the use of
Charizard isn't really needed. The adding of the removals and retrieval will
give you energy to work with and a little less for your opponent. The adding
of a second Magmar will comensate for the rats.
