    Greetings James,
    This one might take a bit. Concidering the fact I got a revision of your
deck in roughly 14 hours time. If your going to do that, give us poor
mechanics at least a day (i.e. 24 hours) before you do, unless you mention
you've done some changes to it.
    Well let me deal with the first version of your deck. This deck is fair
enough without the Scoop Ups, but it could use some improvement. Here's one
possible fix. Loose one Bill, the Jynx, both Super Potions, and the Item
Finder. In their palce add another Electrabuzz, Energy Retrieval, and 3
Potions. I know this may not seem like it would add much, but I'm trying to
compensate for the Pokemon Centers and to give you better choices for the
Computer Searches.

    And now for Deck number 2. This deck has some improvement, but not much.
At least you lost the 4th Bill. Scoop Up is a nice card, but I just don't
see it's usefullness in this deck. The olny basics that gain the benefit of
them are the 'Buzzes. The card loss on the 'Buzzes is the smallest in
comparsion to the other pokemon in this deck.
    Here's what I'd suggest for this version: 1) Loose the Scoop Ups and the
Item Finders. 2)Add another 'Buzz, Retrieval, Trader (this WILL really help
the deck), and Alakazam. The second Alakazam is there not only for his
Pokemon Power, but also for that nice confuse ray of his.
