Subject: Re: PLease help me on this deck called "Psyshock!" Hi Roger, The first thing I noticed about your deck was the focus. Is there one? I'm not implying that you don't have one. I think I see at least 2 or 3 in here that are covered ok, but there's no strong theme here. What I suggest should make these foucses a little stronger. Let's start by pulling 9 cards: the Super Energy Removal, both Super Potions, the Imposter Oak, the Gastly/Haunter set (3 cards) and 2 Psychic Energies. The 'Super' Trainers are nice, but reduce energy resources that can be better used on your Pokemon. The Imposter Oak is ok, but with only 1 in a quasi-control deck? The slot could be better used. The Gastly/Haunter set just doesn't seem to work in this deck personally. With the removal of those Pokemon, the loss of a couple energies won't hurt either. Now what to replace those 9 with? How about this: 1 Electrabuzz, 1 Gust of Wind, 3 Energy Removals, 1 Bill, 1 Professor Oak, and 2 Electric Energy. The 'Buzz and the energies will add to the beatdown element of this deck, as well as balance out your energy amounts. The GOW & the Energy Removals will work bettre for the stall/control element of the deck. The extra Bill and Oak will juce the card drawing speed some.
