    Hello Francis,
    First off, If you're gonna send a deck, either send it striaght to The
Pojo and take a chance or e-mail it directly to the Mechanic(s) you want it
to go to. It doesn't make our job any easier when we get a deck from the
Pojo and then a few days later get the same deck from that same person. I'm
not meaning this in a cruel sort of way. It's just a matter of concideration
to the people you would like help from, that's all.
    And now on to the analysis at hand. At a first glance, I'm not sure
which way your going here. Is this supposed to be a overgrowth variation or
a raindance variation or a mix of both styles? To answer your main question
about the Bills, yes adding 2 Bills would help the deck. Just remove 2 grass
energy. You have more than enough energy to power this deck as is.
    Try that and let me know.
