Greetings Tim, I see some good things and some bad things. First, consider the fact you're giving your opponent 2 prizes automatically when you use Electrode's Pokemon Power. You also don't have any way of using Electrode's attack at all. I know why you have the Voltorb/Electrode set in this deck, but using Electrodes to cover an energy shortage isn't the best way to go. I do see some fair deck manipulation with the Bills, Breeders, and Traders. Let's see if this helps you any. Start by loosing the Voltorb/Electrode sets, 1 Bill, the Super Potion and Energy Removal, and 1 Ivysaur. Now add 2 Nidoran (Male) or 2 Farfetch'd for some quick damage, as well as a different weakness other than fire. Also put in 6 grass (using the Nidorans) or 4 grass and 2 Double Colorless energies. Try this for now. These changes should give you a little more flexability.
