Hey everyone! Hope you all had a good week, today we have Mothim to review for your lucky selves.

Name:   Mothim Lv. 41

Set:   Majestic Dawn

Rarity:   Uncommon

Analysis: This Mothim is intriguing... Some decks can use it as a tech for help with resistance with Disturbance Scales. Get help has the potential for 90 damage for 1 energy. This is similar to Beedrill. But, unlike Beedrill, Mothim doesn't count for 30 damage, meaning this attack has a max of 90 damage instead of 120. Also, you need different kind of Wormadam for this to work. The only advantage is that these Pokemon Stage 1 instead of Stage 2. Not bad. Quick Touch is really not good enough for considerable use.

Modified: Use as a tech, or develop a 90 damage engine with Wormadam. (3/5)

Limited: Great here. I like the second attack (the only one you can really use here) and the Body. (3.5/5)

Alazor Mothim (Majestic Dawn)

Well, if you can get 5 stage 1s out by turn 2 this card would work wonders. Doing 90-120 damage by turn 2 would be amazing if built right it might work. So this deck would need about 6-8 Wormadans and a large Ball Engine. Quick touch works well after Mothim's taken a blow to switch the energies to a Wormadam.

Modified: 3.25/5 It hp is the only thing that hurts as well as tough set-up.

Limited: 2/5 I guess you can still use quick touch, but you have no Wormadans in this set! Which means 0 damage for 1 energy.
