Hello, today is finally Friday and I'm sure a bunch of
you out there are going to prerelease tournaments this
weekend, so good luck in getting the Lv X's! I
definitely can't wait to get my hands on some Great
Encounters cards!! Anyway, today we have another new
trainer, this one is the lone new supporter: Felicity's
Drawing.
Name: Felicity's Drawing
Set: Great Encounters
Rarity: Uncommon
Analysis: This card is pretty good. It gives you the
option of discarding one or two cards. Like a TV
Reporter, you draw three for discarding one or four for
discarding two. Unlike TV Reporter, however, you don't
get to discard after you draw, you must do it before. A
few decks can use this effectively, especially ones
which prosper with energies in the discard, such as
Typhlosion/Magmortar/Delcatty and Feraligatr/Magneton/Delcatty.
Or it can be a great early game card, where you discard
what you don't need or what you can't use until later
(which you can get back using Night Maintenance,
Time-Space Distortion, etc etc). This will probably be
used a lot due to the larger draw potential. In my
opinion, this card is good but not great, because you
have to discard before drawing.
Unlimited: Bill. Professor Oak. Enough said. (1/5)
Modified: Could see a large amount of play. There
shouldn't be four of these in decks, but two could be
reliable. Use a couple in your Typhlosion/Magmortar or
Feraligatr deck and see how it does. (3.5/5)
Limited: Pretty good. Throw away junk in exchange for
precious new stuff. Definitely take it. (5/5)

Felicity’s Drawing GE
Top of the morning. Today’s COTD is one that will be
replacing simple draw supporters everywhere. T.V.
Reporter, Bill Maintenance (If you still used it,) and
in some places even Oak’s Visit in some not so caring
about discard or not decks. Felicity’s Drawing is a
great way to cycle through old stuff and bring in some
new stuff for you to throw away later. Basic effect,
discard 1, draw three. Discard 2, draw 4. Either way you
get rid of junk and may draw in to what you need (Or
more junk.)

Huh?
Wasn’t this suzys lottery? However this card looks alot
like TV reporter but is it better or worse?
TVR
got 1 advantage over this you do the discarding AFTER
the draw. Which means the you have that much ekstra
information and options.
This
however can discard 1 OR 2 cards which makes cards like
mewtwo better. It also can draw you 4 cards which gives
you just that ekstra chance to hit gold when in need.
Overall i would normalkly play TVR over this but maybe
in mewtwo or as TVR 5-8?
