Modified - Marvel Scale isn't that good. It's not like Modified is swarming with LV X Pokemon, so the body is easy to play around. Twister is decent. I like energy removal attacks. 2 tails would suck though. 2/5

Limited - Decent damage with an energy removal attack. 3/5
Name: Milotic Lv. 47
Set: Great Encounters
Rarity: Rare

Analysis: Reminiscent of Safeguard, Milotic's 'Marvel Scale' BODY protects it from all effects of attacks from the opponent's Pokemon Lv. X. It does have small HP (90) and a large retreat cost (2), but if Lv. X or Magmortar are big where you play, I'd say go with Milotic. Twister is somewhat unreliable but potentially destructive. It definitely has advantages over Magmortar and any Lv. X.

Modified: Not bad, but definitely situational. (4/5)

Limited: Good. It guards against anybody lucky enough to be able to play Lv. X. (3/5)
