Ratings & Reviews Summary

Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale.
1 being the worst.  3 ... average.  5 is the highest rating.

2005 World

Check out my eBay Store
Unlimited - I would rather use Base Gastly. 1/5
Modified - Very intriguing power. Get 3 of these foos on your bench to virtually guarantee a special condition done to the opponent. Most often you will pick Asleep. Remember how annoying Focus Band was? How there was a 50% chance of getting KO'd? This is just like it, except it's permanent. Cessation Crystal keeps this fat plant in check. 3/5
Limited - Special Conditions are killer in limited. Good luck getting a Stage 2 out though. 3/5

My name is Venusaur

I've got a Miracle Aroma

All those Special Conditions

Can turn your Pokemon in Coma

Unlimited: Energy Trans Venusaur is the best Venusaur there is…

Rating : 1/5

Modified: Not to bad I guess it's Power can be quite ok I think. To be honest I think the Crystal Guardians is just a bit better. 3 for 60 is average and you might be healing 40 damage.

Rating : 2/5

Limited: If you can get it up I think you could deal quite some damage otherwise NO!

Rating : 2.5/5

Venusaur Lv.51 SW
Hope you’ve had a good Tuesday so far. Today’s COTD is one that is slightly underpowered compared to the usefulness of most other starter stage 2 pokemon. The HP is nice, being able to survive the “Great Flaming Hairball” Infernape is great on any pokemon (Especially for a grass pokemon.) The poke-power is good, only offset by one sentence “You may flip a coin, if heads…” That sentence can kill almost any good pokemon. The attack sucks, low amounts of damage and healing is already not very good, but now they make you flip a coin for it.
Pros –
Miracle Aroma
High HP
Cons –
“You may flip a coin, if heads…”
Attack lacks damage
Healing for the attack needs a coin flip
3 retreat
Can be OHKOed by the “Granddaddy pokemon toaster” Infernape if it has plus-power or the like.
Unlimited – Not good in modified, not good in unlimited. 1/5
Modified –     ^^^    Look above   ^^^ 2/5
Limited – self healing + high HP = good here. 4/5
Just stick with other pokemon please,
“If A equals success, then the formula is A = X + Y + Z.  X is work, Y is play,  And Z is keep your mouth shut.”
