Flygon Lv.60 SW
Hello, hope you’ve had a nice long weekend. Today’s COTD
is one that is O.K. but could have been better. The HP
is good, 120 is a nice large number that can survive
almost any OHKO attempt. The poke-power ‘Irritating
Buzz’ is great, but it does have three slight drawbacks.
The first being that Flygon has to be active, second is
the fact that it doesn’t do damage to fighting pokemon…
I wonder why… Third is the Irritating fact that it only
does damage to your opponents active pokemon. ‘Sand
Sonic’ is alright, able to do 80 for 1 (fighting) 2 (c)
as long as you attached a (fighting) energy to him this
turn (Not all that hard.) Too bad, if it did 90 or 100 i
might want to play it. 1 retreat cost is O.K. for a
dragon of Flygon’s size. The weakness is good because of
all the HP (Unless you know any water pokemon in
modified that can do 90+ easily in one hit.) And the
resistance is great, no OHKO from Electrivire even if it
does discard all of it’s energies to try to do so.
Pros –
Good resistance
Poke-power is good
Cons –
Power doesn’t work on Mario (Or any fighting pokemon for
that matter)
Power only hits active pokemon
Unlimited – Nope, not going to happen. 1/5
Modified – Could work, too bad there is so many
restrictions on the power. 3/5
Limited – Damage every turn without even putting
energies on it? Cool. 3.75/5
Oh great ‘Desert Spirit’ please be a bit better next
time around k? =P
