Bibarel Lv. 26 D&P

Hello there everybody. Welcome to the “Almost good enough to play” week. Today’s COTD is Bibarel, a pokemon that looks like a new Slowbro. This Poke’ is sub-par, his first attack looks OK, but it doesn’t heal enough to keep up with the amount of damage that most evolved pokemon can do. The second attack is lacking, there are many pokemon that can do 60 for three energy without getting ten damage. If it did 80 damage, I might be more interested. He has a good amount of HP, but HP can only save you for so long.

Pros-
He’s a colorless poke’
Nice amount of HP

Cons-
Sub-par attacks
Two retreat
Weakness to fighting (That’s bad with Mario (the D&P Machamp and the D&P Lucario.) becoming more popular.)

Unlimited – Lol, if you want defense here, get the base set Mr. mime. 1/5

Modified – Although he is a stage 1 that can survive a blast from Infernape, he still can’t knock it out. 1.5/5

Limited – He’s good here, stage 1, he has good HP, can knock out most basics, and has an attack that can heal himself. 4/5

Looks like more binder stuff,

Bibarel Lv. 26 Diamond and Pearl

Unlimited: 1/5 This review is kind of repetitive. Unplayable here.

Modified: 2.5/5 Ehhhh. I like the HP on this guy, but it's attacks are subpar. Rest really is a monotonous attack unless you're trying to stall someone out. Bibarel/Rhyperior could work in theory...until your opponent figures out a way to OHKO your Bibarels. Its second attack is OK because it is splashable, otherwise it isn't very good because you're doing 10 damage to yourself.

Limited: 4.5/5 Splashable. Big HP. Decent attacks. Enough said.

Well hello to Pojo people one and all! I'm one of the new guys on the block as far as the game goes, but I'm here to give my perspective on the COTD reviews. A thanks to Pojo for getting irritated with my constant Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG tips to focus my energy on the Pokemon COTD.Today we review an interestingly paradoxical beast in Bibarel Lv. 26 from the new D+P set. He does have a whopping 100 hp for a stage 1, but his attacks are rather subpar. He CAN remove damage and special conditions from himself, which is always a good thing, but his second attack will just be undoing all of the healing from the first attack. He is colorless and splashable, but his pre evolved form of Bidoof is so bad I wouldn't consider playing it.

Modified-1/5
Limited-2/5 (100 Hp is a tank here)

Today’s Card Of The Day “again” is…Bibarel from Diamond & Pearl

His name should be Bi-boring cause that’s what he is. But you have to respect a stage 1 with 100HP, the only other stage 1 with that much hp is Blissey EX and a few versions of Gyarados. Still A solid attack with take town makes him splashable should there ever be a strong  dragon deck out. Just put him in the binder for now.

Combos: Since He is colorless, put him anywhere.

Modified:  1/5 Nothing too special, but a high HP

Limited: 3/5 High HP, and can heal himself is very good

Current ebay Value: .75 cent (plus or minus .50 cent)

P.S. Jeff Reynolds is the best T.O. EVER!

Bibaral:  Stage 1 with 100 HP. He doesn't really do anything spectacular however with only +20 weakness to fighting he isn't horrid. 2/5
