1 being the worst.  3 ... average.  5 is the highest rating.

Aggron (Power Keepers)

The new Aggron isn't very good. His attacks are weak, and his Poke-Power is grossly inferior to Metagross d's. He shouldnt be very popular.

Unlimited: 1/5

Decent power, but will never be able to attack due to Energy Removal.

Modified: 2/5

Again, a DECENT power, but the attacks are terrible.

Limited: 2/5

Powers good here, but the attacks are a little too expensive still. It's also rough being a stage 2 in limited.

Computer Guy

Today's COTD is a new card from Ex Power Keepers which will be released on Feb. 14th.

Card: Aggron

HP: 110

Type: Metal

Stage: Stage 2

Retreat Cost: 4

Weakness: Fire

Resistance: Grass

Poke Power: None

Poke Body: Teraforming

Attacks: 2 - Metal Claw and Mix-up

The Poke Body is nice because you can look at the top five cards of your deck and put them back in any order. That alone can drastically put the match in your favor.

The Metal Claw attack is a weak attack for a stage 2 pokemon but I do like the Mix-up attack because your opponent has to discard the top card from their deck.

Aggron can also take advantage of Metal energies making him hard to knock out. Should also be used with Aggron ex from Crystal Guardians.

An overall weak card. Metal Pokemon are always nice to tank, but this one has overall weak and expensive attacks. Terraforming is overall inferior to powers like Smooth over and Delta Control.

FTK
Aggron

Modified: Poke Power is pretty cool especially when combo it with it's Mix-Up attack, Retreat Cost is too big, not to mention it's attack energy costs.

Three Energies for 50 on a Stage 2 and Four Energies for 70 again on a stage 2 is questionable on it's overall playability, if played it'd be most likely for it's poke-power alone

At first with this card I was like...ew! It doesnt have decent attack a huge retreat cost and a bad weakness why would I want to play him. Though now that I think about it this card isnt TOO bad. The best thing about it is you can put the top cards of your deck in any order this ability combos well with alot of different cards such as, sabeleye CG, Magcargo DX, Tyranitar DS, and any type of draw card that lets you draw off the top of your deck. A high hp is always nice also.

My name is Aggron
I’m done transforming
I look at your top 5 cards
With my Terraforming

Unlimited: To ER and SER sensitive and it’s power can be done by a Trainer.

Rating : 1/5

Modified: Mix Up is a nice attack but I think T-tar is a better choice for this attack.
Metal Claw is nothing special and it’s Power can be be done way better by Metagross d.

Rating : 1.5/5

Limited: If you can get it out sure doing 3 for 50 is average in Limited and to rearrange your top 5 cards is quite nice in Limited.

Rating : 2.5/5
