PHOEBE'S STADIUM:
Wobbuffet (LM) has always had an annoying two retreat cost,
and Phoebe's Stadium can fix that vulnerability. However,
not many stadiums are worth playing anymore, as Windstorm is
simply going to be an answer to hurtful stadiums and tools
at the same time, and end up being a superior deck choice.

Modified: And…. They did it another card that makes
Flygon d Ex too good. Now that it has free retreat cause
of this card. And the most fun part is it can be
searched by Scott.
Even Banette Ex and Metagross DX make a profit out of
yhis card.Ah well…
I think this will see a lot of play in Flygon d Decks
but he just remember this ‘For every Card there’s a
Counterpart’.

Retreating Slowkings for 1 is alot better than
retreating them for 3. Looks kinda ok in Unlimited.
Modified: 3.5/5
Flygon decks benefit from this, letting ex retreat for
free and Metagross dx decks could as well, allowing
Metagross to retreat for free. Banette would rather use
the stadiums slots for disruption. It looks like it
could find a niche in the format.
Limited: 5/5
Free retreat is godly here. If you play psychic, play
this. It'll win you games.
