Unlimited - Put Vileplume ex's special conditions back on itself? Nah there are better ways to use the 60 cards of your deck. 1/5

Modified - Psychic Shift is pretty cool. It could make your opponent afraid to use Special Conditions, but most decks these days arent based on Special Conditions so I dont know how useful it would be. Energy Singe is weak. 2/5

Limited - People love using Special Conditions so it could be quite good here. Sniping your opponent's benched pokemon for 20-40 damage is cool. 4/5

Xatu Lv. 44 SW
Good morning, today’s COTD is one that has a unique ability that is also found in the video games (Under a different name but…) This is a stage 1 poke’ that should stay on your bench and use it’s ability unless your opponent has a Blissey with massive amounts of energy on it. An amazing power makes you want to keep Xatu on the banch, and low HP make you have to keep him on the bench. I have seen a few decks with this guy, but he doesn’t seem so good. Add him + the second attack from Golduck from SW and you basically do 60 + auto confuse (If they don’t kill Golduck (Which is nice.))
Pros –
Keep unwanted special conditions off you pokemon
Good anti-Blissey attack
Good resistance on it’s basic (Anti-Riolu donk)
Cons –
Attack sucks unless used vs. Blissey
You need a special condition to shift it
Unlimited – Special conditions here? Never. 1/5
Modified – Could work in the right deck. 3.25/5
Limited – Not a lot of energies or special conditions are played here. 2.5/5
I have found a decent deck list with this guy before; I just can’t find it again,

Xatu lv 44

This is a supportive card but a good one nonetheless. Its attack is sometimes useful to hit something your opponent wants to hide. 20 resistance to F makes it a great starting staller against mario. And its attack furthermore is sometimes able to finish a blissey off.

Its pokepower keeps ypur beater healthy but will only rarely become very relevant.

Classic 2.5 (Cleffa/pichu/magby-killers always appreciated but slow)
