Hello, and welcome to Tuesday. Today’s COTD is Elekid.
Even for a baby pokemon this guy needs an upgrade. The
HP is OHKO (because of weakness) distance for Riolu,
which is always bad. But the attack is free (which is
always good) and helps if you don’t draw into an energy,
but it would be wiser to put more energy into your deck
than run this. The only redeeming factor for this guy is
the Electrivire and his Level X counterpart in the new
set (I can’t wait until we can review some of those
cards, they rock!)

Could use energy search with better results
Unlimited – baby w/o baby power = no 1/5
Modified – could be much better 2/5

Elekid lv 6
No do not use this the delta variant is just plain
better. The only reason to use this is to evovle and the
other elekid does this just as well. Catching a free
energi is no good when combined with have too attack and
low hp. Next
