Pojo's Pokemon Card of the Day

Hey all, Today's card is Jolteon EX from Delta Species Let's give this guy a look see. Power is near pointless. HP is a bit low. Second bite reminds me of a beefed up Mr. Mime's attack (jungle of course) which is obviously back-up for this. Now, Thunder Blast is okay. 70 for a lightning and a double colorless is nice. Zero retreat cost is beautiful. Overall, he's okay. But, still, he's an EX and he's an evolution... even if he's an eevee evolution. Just can't compete with this strong environment. Unlimited Rating 1.5/5
