Pow! Hand Extension Modified - 2.5/5 - It's not a horrible card, but you need to be behind in prizes to use this card. That means very few decks can use it. Only good one I can think of are Electrode ex variants. Limited 3.5/5 - It's actually easy to use it here. Believe me - it wins games.
