You have a mulligan and you are REQUIRED to shuffle your hand back
into your deck and take 7 new cards.  If your opponent does not have a 
mulligan, then they get to take 2 bonus cards (if they want).

Clefairy Doll MAY be played as your starting Pokemon during game setup,
but Clefairy Doll does NOT count as a Basic Pokemon card when checking
for Mulligans.
