Yes, you do 10 damage at the end of EVERY turn with Poison.

If confused Charizard tries to attack:
1) it must discard 2 energy cards
2) it must flip a coin
3) if HEADS: you take 100 damage and Charizard takes NO damage
    if TAILS: Charizard takes 20 damage and you take NO damage
either way, those energy cards are gone...
