Check the rule book, page 23:
step a) base damage = 20
step b) attacker effects = none
step c) apply Weakness (x2) = 40 damage now
step d) apply Resistance (-30) = 10 damage now.
step e) attacker Trainer cards = none
step f) defender Trainer cards = none
step g) defender effects = none

total damage is 10.
