_IF_ Comet Punch does SOME damage, (in other words: you didn't get 4 Tails)
then PlusPower will add 10 damage TOTAL (not for each heads).

Remember however, that if you do flip 4 Tails, then Comet Punch does zero
damage by itself and PlusPower will add NOTHING (since it only adds 10
damage IF the attack does damage to the opponent).
