What evolution stage can Team Rocket's Meowth promo card evolve into?  Since
it is a Team Rocket card I am assuming Dark Persian.  Can it still evolve
into a regular Persian?

Answer C: None of the above.  Team Rocket's Meowth can only evolve into Team Rocket's Persian.  Now, for those of you who are very observant out there, you'll notice there is no Team Rocket's Persian.  This means, yes, that Team Rocket's Meowth can not evolve at all.
