Spearow's Mirror Move only copies the results "DONE TO SPEAROW" on your
opponent's last turn.  Since your Fetch move did NOTHING to Spearow,
your brother's Mirror Move does NOTHING.

Mirror Move is a pretty weak attack.
The only strong attacks worth copying will usually knock out Spearow
before Spearow has the chance to fling it back...
