Stadium Cards only work on pokemon that are from the
Guy series right? If so what about Stadium Cards that
don't work on pokemon, such as No Removal Gym. This
card requires you to discard 2 extra cards to use a
energy removal card.

Incorrect.  Stadium cards affect all cards in play, not just Gym Leaders unless the specific Stadium card says it affects only a certain Gym Leader's Pokemon.
