i'd just like to know if you play a squirtle
and you start. are you allowed to play a a breeder immediatly or must we wait
until turn two.
Breeder states you can only do this when you could normally evolve a
Pokemon. The rules state you can not evolve on the first turn, so the
answer is you have to wait.
