Again, Ditto says that it can treat any ENERGY as any type.
It does NOT say that you can treat any ENERGY CARD as any type.
Double Colorless Energy cards are one ENERGY CARD that produces 2 colorless ENERGY.

No. you cannot do this.
1 Water ENERGY CARD will provide 1 Water ENERGY, which Ditto can utilize
as any type.  Ditto cannot double this ENERGY into two however.

ENERGY and ENERGY CARDS are two different things.
