You may consider the extra ENERGY as water and pump up Hydro Pump.
But you may NOT consider ENERGY CARDS in your hand as anything other
than what they really are.

Ditto changes ENERGY.
Ditto does not change ENERGY CARDS.

Rain Dance works with ENERGY CARDS.
Rain Dance does not work with ENERGY.
