Sure!  There is no rule against using more than one activated 
Pokemon Power per turn.  If a Power cannot be used more than once
it will state that (like Gengar's Curse), but it doesn't preclude
other Powers from being used.

You can transfer all four.

Again, Alakazam does not limit you to the number of times that you
use Damage Swap, so use it as much as you like.
