In the back of the rulebook in the "damage calculation" section: step f) Figure out effects of Trainer cards on the defender (Mr. Mime) step g) Apply ... any relevant Pokemon Powers (Invisible Wall) SO.... I take this to mean: 1) Subtract 20 damage with Defender trainer card 2) Now compare resultant damage (10) to Invisible Wall's requirement. Looks like the Defender trainer card just hosed Mr. Mime.
