As long as you have a Venonat in play to evolve into Venomoth,
you are allowed to use any color Pokemon in your deck.  There is no
restrictions on what cards you choose to play.

However, Venomoth's attack move "Venom Powder" still requires
Grass energy to power it.  You can't use any other color energy (even
if Venomoth shifts to a different color).
