No.  The DCI is setup to track "tournament" results.  League games are
merely random games with no ultimate conclusion.

40 - 30 = 10 / 2 = 5 rounded up = 10
Kabutops removes 10 damage.

If you gust of wind Fearow/Seadra/Raichu/Rapidash, then its own Agility
"effect" will be removed.  All "effects" are removed when the Pokemon that
contains the "effect" is benched.

No.  You may only search for a Pokemon card.  Mysterious Fossil is a Trainer card.

"Benching either Pokemon ends this effect".  (this is from Cubone's card).
So, no more Snivel as soon as the Gust was played.  Cubone will take
damage from the Selfdestruct like all other Benched pokemon.
