Sheesh... do me a favor and QUIT USING DITTO! oh man, i hate that card.. ;-) Well, as soon as Ditto Transforms into Muk, his own (newly acquired) Toxic Gas power would shut off his Tranform power, so he would immediately revert to Ditto (no waiting for the other Muk to wake up). But once he is Ditto again, he will immediately use his Transform power to go back into a Muk again.... this question does not have a logical resolution. None of the existing game rules allow an answer. We need a new rule for this situation. I'll do my best to make this situation show up on my Pokemon Card GB cartridge so I can find out how that program deals with it, but until then.... just wing it. Just assume that Ditto cannot ever be Muk, so it is stuck as Ditto. Ditto's best option would be to retreat and put Jigglypuff back in to attack Muk with Pound! Brian Brokaw
