If you flipped a heads when you used Leer on your Rhyhorn, then Exeggcute would
NOT be able to use Leech Seed.  A successful Leer stops the opponent from using
ANY of its attack moves (regardless of whether they damage to opponent or not).

of course (like the card says), if you bench either of these Pokemon, 
the Leer "effect" is cancelled.
