I know that sounds confusing, but you've had more confusing > questions than these, right? heh, yeah, i've had MUCH more confusing questions that this one ;-) Technically, you need to use those cards one at a time. 1) "use" (discard) Energy Search 2) search deck for basic energy card and put into hand 3) shuffle deck 4) "use" (discard) Energy Search 5) search deck for basic energy card and put into hand 6) shuffle deck However, If you were playing against me, I would certainly allow you to skip step #3 (only make you shuffle at the very end). I don't think that anyone would complain if you played this way... It just makes the game go faster. Brian Brokaw
