You flip a coin at the end of BOTH players turn.

Jigglypuff uses lullaby.
BEFORE the sleeping pokemon's turn starts, they get to flip a coin
(at the end of Jigglypuff's turn).  If Heads, they wake up and JIgglypuffs
attack was useless.

Flip a coin at the end of BOTH player's turns.
