Using a Switch trainer card is NOT the same thing as retreating.
You are allowed to use a Switch card on your Venusaur even
if it was successfully affected by your sister's Acid attack.

"Retreating" is when the Pokemon discards energy and moves to the
bench WITHOUT the help of trainer cards like Switch.
