It doesn't matter who's power kicks in first. Ditto is only Transformed because of his Transform Pokemon Power. Ditto NEEDS this power ALWAYS if he wants to keep copying other Pokemon. (This is why Ditto says that even though everything else about Ditto LOOKS LIKE the opponent's Pokemon card, Ditto still has his Transform Pokemon Power. If Ditto didn't have this power, it wouldn't be in effect and he would revert back into a normal Ditto card--50HP, etc.) So, after both Pokemon are in play, Ditto's power says: Ditto is now a Muk Muk's power says: Turn off ALL OTHER Powers. Ditto then says: uh oh, there goes my Transform, and he reverts back to a Ditto. Muk is king! Brian Brokaw
