Hi,my friend had electabuz in play as his active
pokemon and played a pokemon centre card.The electabuz had three damage
counters on it but no energy cards.He removed all the damage counters but of
course didn't remove any energy cards.Can he do this?I felt he needed energy
cards to use the trainer,otherwise this is a better potion card!!I am 8
years old and he is about 30yrs old so you can guess who won the
argument!Chris
Pokemon Center will remove any damage counters that are on all your
damaged Pokemon. As a second effect, it will remove all energy cards from
any Pokemon who had counters removed from it. Both effects will
happen. If the Pokemon has no energy cards to remove, then the second
effect will do nothing to that particular Pokemon. What your friend did
was perfectly legal.
