Is he > right or am I? He must state which Pokemon he is flipping for, BEFORE he flips. He is not allowed to selectively apply his damage wherever he sees fit. Likewise, you (the defender) are not allowed to select where his damage is applied either... the luck of the coin toss must decide this. Brian Brokaw
