It is a "continuous" Pokemon Power. Your Ditto Transformed into Charizard the INSTANT that your opponent put a Charizard up front. Yes, as SOON as your opponent has a Machop up front, Ditto Transforms before you have a chance to do anything else... In your example, with 100 damage and only 50 HP, Ditto will be immediately Knocked Out. > 3. > When I transform can I use the Pokemon I transformed into's Pokemon > Power?
