You may use the english promo Mew card if you have one.
And if you DO have one, you are allowed to keep it OUT
of your deck and use the MATCHING japanese Mew card
as a "proxy". (but you MUST own the english Mew card,
and be able to show it to your opponent if they ask to see it.)
