You could use Mirror Move, but it will deal NO damage since Pidgeotto
was NOT attacked last turn (only Pidgey was).

In the Pokemon TCG, when a Pokemon evolves it removes ALL "effects"
that may be lingering onto the pre-evolved monster.  Once evolved, everything
about the pre-evolved card does not exist any longer... only the evolution
matters.
